This week Marcia from Beauty Info Zone was tasked with choosing her most repurchased and well loved beauty products. It’s a tough task for a beauty blogger to play favorites I tell ya! Check out her faves, and see if you love any of them as well. I know I see a few of my favorites there!
It’s time for another IT Cosmetics QVC TSV! In this collection you will receive a super size CC+ Cream Illumination, Superhero mascara, Heavenly Skin Perfecting Brush, and a brand new Rose shade of Je Ne Sais Quoi lip treatment. This super deal will be on sale for just under $60. Grab this deal on QVC here. The sale will end after Saturday March 18th.
The regular CC+ cream is a staple for me, but the illuminating version is a bit too much on my oily skin. I do love the other items in this TSV and they are all staples in my day to day makeup routine. I really love the new Rose toned lip treatment! Will you be picking up this set?

We all know that stress causes our skin to freak out. I was recently sent a line of ZAPZYT skin care, and had my 17-year-old son test it out. He’s had some stress pimples pop up the past month and needed a quick fix. What makes the ZAPZYT line great for a teen boy? Ease of use!
Let’s be honest, skin care may be the first thing on my mind most mornings and nights, but that is NOT the case for a teenager. I like that he can use just the spot treatment, or a combination of the products. We tested out the following products from ZAPZYT.
- ZAPZYT Spot Treatment Gel with 10% benzoyl peroxide
- ZAPZYT Pore Treatment Gel with 2% salicylic acid and aloe
- ZAPZYT Acne Wash with salicylic acid, soothing aloe and chamomile
- ZAPZYT Pore Clearing Scrub with 2% salicylic acid
Blake has been really impressed with the Pore Clearing Scrub and Spot Treatment Gel, which he uses every night. He loves the Pore Clearing Scrub, because it doesn’t make his face red and dry. The scrub has tiny natural wax microbeads to gently exfoliate skin and get rid of dirt and oil. Treating acne can be painful, but ZAPZYT has given us an effective formula, that is surprisingly gentle on irritated skin. Using the ZAPZYT line has quickly and effectively reduced his stress breakouts.
Another thing to note is that the Spot Treatment Gel doesn’t leave a dry white film on your skin like most benzoyl peroxide treatments. That means it works really well under your foundation and other makeup. Now you can treat that pesky pimple and cover it up with foundation and concealer, without worrying about a not so glamorous white cast. It will be less red and inflamed by the time you remove your makeup. The Spot Treatment Gel is proven to reduce the appearance of a pimple within 5 hours.
The Acne Wash and Pore Treatment Gel both contain aloe and soothing botanicals that fight stress breakouts gently and effectively without irritation. I love that you can add one product, or several to your existing skin care routine seamlessly.

I don’t even mind that the February Glossybox wasn’t here in time for Valentine’s Day! This month’s box was a fantastic value, and filled with things I love! There are several versions of the box, but here’s what I received.
Perfect Formula Pink Gel Coat – This keratin enriched base coat is a must have when nails are transitioning from gels or acrylics to a strong and healthy natural state. This brand has been a favorite of mine for years, and I’m happy to have another bottle. You can find this at Sephora for $30.
My next favorite item in the Glossybox was the Jeanne Arthes L’Eau de Rose perfume. I LOVE rose scents, and this is a unique one! I can’t find the notes in this fragrance, but it’s not a singular rose scent. It’s got a light fresh baby rose scent on first application, but it warms and deepens in the dry down. This scent was made especially for Glossybox, so grab a bottle while you can. Retail is $26 for 1fl oz, and that is an absolute steal!
Schwarzkopf Professional Repair Rescue Deep Nourishing Treatment – I haven’t used this hair mask yet, but it smells amazing. The sample jar should be enough for 1-2 uses. Find the full size for $16 on Amazon.
Eve by Eve’s Conditioning Smudgeproof Gel eyeliner – not your run of the mill black gel liner, this formula contains collagen to condition skin, swertia japonica extract to stimulate lash growth, and panax ginseng root extract to help skin metabolism. I can’t wait to give this a test run! This liner with benefits is $35.
Estee Edit Pink Peony Overnight Water Pack – I LOVE the Pink Peony Eye Balm from this line, so I have a good feeling about this. I can’t use something this heavy right now on my acne prone skin, so it will go into the giveaway pile for a lucky reader! The full size retails for $50 at Sephora.
The February Glossybox was a high value one, with lots of great products to try! Did you get this box? What do you think?
Glossybox features unique brands, some new to me, some favorites, and the sample sizes are generous enough for multiple uses. When you subscribe you’ll fill out a beauty profile, so the box will be tailored to your beauty tastes month after month. Glossybox searches for the best beauty products from all over the world, and has over 400 brands so far, with more added every month. Inside your collectible box you will receive a detailed card with product information and usage tips.
Options for subscription: Monthly $21/free US shipping or $18.50 per month when you pre pay for a 12 month plan.
