It Cosmetics Celebration Foundation Review

It Cosmetics
Celebration Foundation

I know you guys must be getting sick of my continuous rave reviews for It Cosmetics, right? Honestly, I just LOVE the brand and have yet to find something I haven’t loved!
So I guess you’ll just have to put up with my It Cosmetics gushing haha!!

It Cosmetics Celebration foundation is unlike any other powder foundation I’ve tried! I have been testing out the light shade, which works for my self tanned skin tone. However, if you are lighter than N15, this probably will be too dark. As with the other It Cosmetics I’ve tried, this leans yellow/peach toned. This is great for neutralizing redness in the skin.

My foundation came with the Heavenly Luxe Buffing Airbrush Foundation Brush, which is a flat top kabuki brush. As with all It Cosmetic brushes I’ve tried, it is truly heavenly! The foundation brush is ultra soft, dense, cruelty free and non shedding. A small warning, do not press too hard or swirl the brush in your foundation or you will get too much product. The Celebration foundation is fairly soft, so I just gently dab my brush on the top of it. I like to stipple the foundation on my skin, but gently buffing it in works well too.

The celebration foundation works well over moisturizer, It Cosmetics CC+ cream or liquid foundation. I also use it to touch up my face during the day, if I need it! It comes with a round sponge that is great for touch ups.

The finish of Celebration is absolutely lovely, and unique for a powder foundation! I would describe it as a matte finish, but it’s a healthy looking matte that’s not at all powdery. I have skin that is on the drier side, and this NEVER looks dull or cakey. It’s just not possible with such a lovely formula! I am willing to bet that this will work on a variety of skin types, oily to dry!

As always, with It Cosmetics, you are getting skin care benefits with your makeup. Gotta love the double duty multi taskers! Here are the ingredients:
