Color Club You’re So Vain is from the Seven Deadly Sins Fall collection. This collection of matte, textured glitters is gorgeous, and perfect for fall tips! You’re So Vain is a purple somewhere between eggplant and deep violet. It’s packed with gold and blue green shimmer. I was surprised when I used this polish the first time. It was an impulse buy, and I didn’t realize it was a matte textured polish. I was a little bummed. I’m kind of over textured polish. As you can tell from the pics, I used a top coat over this for maximum shine and to smooth things out a bit. I found the formula a bit thick and gloopy. Probably from all the gorgeous glitter! I used two coats for opaque coverage. I had chips within a day, but that seems to happen to my manis with any textured polish. My nails just don’t hold onto texture I guess!
The sun really shows off the gorgeous sparkle in the bottle! I really like this polish, despite the formula and texture. It’s a stunner! Have you tried anything from Color Club lately? Any fall nail polish favorites?
