Fall Manicure Tutorial and #CarefreeChallenge giveaway

*sponsored by #CarefreeChallenge, thoughts and nail art, all my own!*
I’m back with an easy fall nail art look, and a giveaway for the CarefreeChallenge Make sure you enter to win the daily prizes, this is the last week! Today’s winner will receive $100 to splurge on a new FALL NAIL WARDROBE. Seriously, can I just win that prize for myself?!

If you are like me, and love to do your nails but you are not a nail artist, I think you will be surprised at how easy this half moon mani is! I don’t have the most steady of hands when it comes to free hand nail art. But give me some stickers to use as a guide and I am all set!

apply nail polish to the bottom half of your nail

place reinforcement labels over the bottom polish once it’s completely dry

choose a contrasting shade for the rest of the nail, let it dry completely and add top coat and cuticle oil

I think this is a great fall mani idea, that’s easy to do! If you can achieve this without the reinforcement labels, good for you! :) Do you have any favorite fall shades you’ll be wearing now that the weather will be cooling down? Don’t forget to enter for today’s daily prize from the #CarefreeChallenge, and the grand prize will be $5000 for a fresh new wardrobe!
Polish I used: Covergirl “Sapphire Flare” and Formula X for Sephora “Invincible.”

Thank you for the great and seemingly easy tips. I would love for my nails to look great; especially with some type of art but there are two problems 1) I refuse a.k.a. can’t afford to constantly go in for manicures and 2) I am not creative or good at these types of things.
Maybe with your tips and a few pointers from my sister I’ll be able to create some great looks for fall!

I’ve always loved dark french manicures. a bright light color at the top with a funky and creative color at the bottom. Always grabs people’s attention.

I’m always amazed at the nail art some people do - when I do my own nails, I can do my left hand fine (I’m a righty), but then my right hand just looks horrible! I like the look that you achieved - not too over the top and really actually do-able with a little practice!! Thanks for the tips! Gigi
