This month’s Sephora Play bag has an eye opening theme. I was pretty pleased with this bag, even if I’ll only use a couple of the items. Check out the contents of my bag below.
Make Up For Ever Artist Shadow in I-544 - this is a gorgeous iridescent taupey shade which I love. It’s in the MUFE Artist Palette Volume 1, which I have and love so I’ll be tossing this in the giveaway pile.
Urban Decay Perversion Mascara - This is a good mascara, but not my favorite. I prefer a drier formula honestly. Another for the giveaway pile.
Clean Reserve Blonde Rose - I always love to try a new scent, and rose is right up my alley! This is a pretty, feminine, soft scent. The Clean Reserve scents are meant to be linear, and basic, not changing or very complex. It’s a nice palette cleansing scent, and good for layering.
Lancome Energie de Vie Smoothing & Glowing Liquid Lotion - This lightweight lotion is said to be for all skin types, and energizes skin with goji berry and lemon balm. The texture is thicker than an essence, and lighter than a typical moisturizer.
Caudalie Resveratrol Eye Lifting Balm - I’ve never tried any skin care from this cult brand, and I’m looking forward to giving this a try once I need some extra under eye moisture. The combination of micro hyaluronic acid and resveratrol is said to be great for reversing signs of age, and puffiness in the delicate under eye area.
Sephora Collection Contour Eye Pencil in Flirting Game - I LOVE the Sephora Waterproof Eye Pencils. I have a black one that wears like iron on my waterline. This is a gorgeous taupe shade that just makes this entire month’s bag for me. I love it! There are many new shades in the Contour Eye Pencil line, so be sure to check them all out.
What did you think of this month’s bag? Are you getting this subscription? I’m not in LOVE with it, but I like it enough to keep it coming. I’m always afraid I’m going to cancel and that month’s bag will be magical. LOL, anyone else like that?
