Signature Fragrances is a new London perfumer, claiming to have the most pungent fragrances in the world. There’s a bit of mystery surrounding the details of the perfumes, as they are not available until September. I don’t have a list of notes, prices, bottle pics or anything specific. Oooooh, mysterious….
I have samples of Lola and Deja Vu to share my thoughts on.
Lola is labeled as MODERN TOUCH – sensual, salient, calm, fruity and sweet. I’d also like to add floral and innocent to the description. I *think* there may be orange blossom, maybe ylang-ylang and vetiver in there? I’m really curious to know what notes comprise this perfume oil. It’s a beautiful soft and feminine scent on me. It’s got great throw, and lasting power. A small dab lasted ALL day on my skin.
Deja Vu is described as OVERBEARING DESIRE – delicious, wild, fruity, spicy, warm. I also think this is a soft, smooth, delicious, edible scent. A gourmand but not too heavy. It’s heavy on the coconut (not beachy coconut, but sexy thick black coconut) when it’s wet. It stays sweet throughout it’s drydown. This baby has some serious sillage. I used a tiny dab and it’s potent. This is a perfect example of my perfect scent. Gourmand but not TOO sweet and cloying. Foody and sweet, sugary and reminiscent of pure vanilla extract. I am absolutely in LOVE with this perfume and will cherish my sample!
