You can read previous updates on my TRIA experience here and here. Overall, I’m glad I have the TRIA Hair Removal Laser, and will continue to use it. Consistency is key, and it might take you a few tries to get the hang of using it. When I first started, I wasn’t overlapping treated areas enough. I also have started to use the laser on the highest setting that I can stand, for a particular area. (My armpits are sensitive, but face is not)
With consistent, careful use, I’m happy to report that I no longer have those few stray hairs above my lip. My underarms have had an overall reduction in the amount of hair growing back. I would not say that it is lighter or finer, but I am continuing the treatment there, in hopes that it will stop growing all together.
I plan to keep up my treatments, and possibly try to treat my legs and arms.
You can find the TRIA Hair Removal Laser 4X at Sephora for $449. I’d keep an eye on TRIA Beauty for specials around the holiday time. As a beauty lover, I personally would love to give or receive a TRIA! Find TRIA on Twitter and Facebook.
